Hi all! Two hour delay here today, so hopefully I can get those pants before I have to go to work. Had to shovel another 2 or 3 inches this morning, but I think the snow is done here.

Good morning from snowy NYC. PM sent.

DH just called from his office. I guess our street hasn't been plowed since Sunday night and is pretty bad. Then the next road was slippery until you get out to the main road which still has snow cover. He told me to stay home. His office is right off a major 4 lane road, but I have to go into unplowed neighborhoods. So, looks like this is where I will be.

We can all sit and have a hot toddy, together, Breezy!

Then hop into the jacuzzi and play Marco Polo.

Then snooze on a hammock under the trees....

A nice light lunch.....a good book.....some friendly chatter.....

Can I join you in that dream, Gina? I have had my brain so full of things like deciding on flooring, doors, cabinets, counter tops etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum!!! This is supposed to be fun, and it is, but.... I hardly have time to think of anything else! I haven't even made our reservations for next winter's WDW trip yet!

Mahsha - sounds like that guy needs a serious attitude adjustment!!! I hope the matter is completely taken care of now!

DblD - I hope your DD is okay! Poor thing! How was your shopping trip?

Marsha - I see by your countdown clocks that you have quite a busy year ahead!!! I'd love to get back out to Disneyland! It really is an entirely different experience there!

Breezy - I have a feeling our little pool party will look nothing like that!!! I'm imagining kids running about having a great time and quite a few of us sharing a beverage or two and a good laugh! Now that sounds good to me! Enjoy your day at home!

Baboo - get back to bed and get better!!!

Gail - I hope your friends can get back home today!

Lars - good luck at bowling. That must have been rough, with all three of you with the chicken pox at the same time!!! I had them at the same time as my sister, when we were little.

GOOD MORNING OK AND THE WHOLE SNOWY CORRAL

Snow, snow plows, snow banks give me spring and summer any time. My boss is one of those wierd people whose computer has a screen saver that reads "let it snow let it snow." I just don't get it. Christmas is over bring on the green grass

It could be worse. I was watching this story on the news last night. I'll take snow any day over this. The provincial government in Newfoundland now say that the ice could literally cut the northern part of the province off from the south if the ice rips out the bridge outside of the town of Badger.
