Mornin' all. Thanks for the pants, Bernie. I'll need them and todays-yard duty calls! Although it's not supposed to be horribly cold, the wind chill certainly added (or is that subtracted) yesterday, so I want to be prepared.

We have very nice plowmen here in the boonies. I live on a tiny court, so the plow comes along and puts all the snow in my driveway. Then a truck with a plow on front comes and moves most of it away. The rest? I plow right through with the vehicle of choice that morning.
Enough winter, though. I want to check out how warm the water is in that hot tub! Glug, glug.

Hey riddle friends - let's keep a good thought for our fellow riddler MerryPoppins. Her DD has been struggling with chicken pox and infections - it seems like she may be through the worst of it - let's hope that it all works out well!

I was reading about Merry Poppins DD! How awful! I had the chicken pox at age 13 and had them really bad too, but not bad enough to be hospitalized. That poor child!

Morning all - the snow plow started our street at 10:40 last night - haven't looked at the bottom of the driveway yet - but at least the neighbors on my side got their cars off of the street before the plows came through

Morning all! I am here at work today so I won't be around much (like usual). Since we pay wonderfully high taxes our roads are clear. I will say though that the roads where I work were pretty bad. I can see why they don't have school today.

Marsha, that is terrible what happened! I couldn't imagine having to deal with that.

Stephanie, that sounds like good news to me. I hope that things continue to go well for your DH and his job situation.
