Gina, I have never been out west at all. I think I was in Detroit as a child but usually stay right here on the east coast. After looking at The Blue Skies Inn, I think I would like to go there.

And let me reiterate, after 40, things other than my horizons broadened.

Yesterday, as the rain was ending, we had a beautiful rainbow. Did anyone else? They always thrill me.

Have a great bike ride Mickey! Today is Michael's Terry Fox run at school. It's kind of cold, but at least their not calling for rain today.

I loved the west when I was out there. My parents travelled with us a lot when we were kids. They actually tented before it was 'in' to do so. There were 6 of us and my aunt and her family (4) and we tented all over the place. One year we took 5 weeks and went to the west coast here in Canada (I was 8) and another year (13) we went to California. My parents actually took all of us to California when I was 2 to visit my aunt and her family who were living there at the time, but for some reason I don't remember much of that trip.
