That's so cool! I LOVE Rick Bayless! We live about 90 min from downtown Chicago, and go to Frontera every few months or so.

Living in Chicago, I've been lucky enough to have tried all of Rick Bayless's restaurants. They're all delicious (I think XOCO is probably my favorite) but I think Frontera Fresco is probably the weakest. It feels a bit watered down to me. That being said, I think it probably has the widest appeal as I think it'll please a variety of palettes.
