Any major problems with this half day plan? It will be the Monday before Thanksgiving which is EMH (we won't have EMH) with young children.

1. Get to gates by 7:40 for rope drop. Head to Toy Story Mania and have FP Runner grab Fast Passes for Radiator Springs on the way over.

2. Work our way back and stop at Ariel's Adventure on the way since there should be virtually no line.

3. If there's plenty of time before Radiator Springs FP return, go to Hollywood and do Crush, Muppets and Monsters (whatever time allows for). If time is short (under an hour before Racers return) stay close to RS and do Bug's Life?

4. After Racers do anything above that time didn't allow for and get Soarin Fast Passes or just go in standby if wait is less than 30 min.

5. Beat crowds and eat early lunch around 11 then do Soarin if using FP.

Think we can do this all by noon or 1PM? I have no idea what the FP return times are going to be like as its hard to predict.

From your plans it sound like your super flexable and will be watching the time. I haven't done all the show in CA so I'm not sure how long they take but your plan looks good! Where are you eating?

Looks good, except Muppets will be closed. Word is they are putting a Frozen show in there which won't open until Dec 20th.

Don't forget to ride Mater's Junkyard Jamboree! Fun for all ages and usually the line is pretty short. Also, if you're interested, you may want to ride Luigi's Flying Tires since it will be going away after the new year and will be turning into a new ride.

Have fun!!

Haven't decided where to eat but I'm looking at predicted wait times on TouringPlans.com and it's showing 8 minutes all day long? Based on experience that just doesn't seem right. Ridemax is showing 54 min wait at 8:17AM which sounds more realistic.

Does anyone have any idea how soon we can get the Soarin FP after getting Radiator Springs at about 8:15-8:30 I'm guessing. I can't remember if the time between getting FP is fixed or variable. I would expect it is variable depending on park attendance.

You can pull another fast pass 2 hours after you pulled your first one. Not sure what your return time will be, but I would it wouldn't be that far out in the morning.

I think your plan sounds doable, just a few things came to mind...

TSMM will already have a line because of the EMH crowds. I'm always hesitant when I see folks say they'll have a runner do something while others go to a ride line. I don't know if you mean to have the RSR FP runner join you in TSMM's line, but it might be best if you have the runner either skip TSMM (if they don't re-join you before you get into line) or have the group wait at the entrance for the runner to join back up with you.

Sadly, I think Muppets is going to be closed while you're there. The rumors are that it will be used as part of a Frozen-themed area in DCA and won't be back up for quite a while.

I suppose best plan would be to have FP Runner Speed Walk to RSR FP. Hopefully the wait will be only a few minutes? Then the rest of the group can walk slower and just wait for them if necessary. Since it's EMH, I doubt getting to TSMM 5 or 10 minutes later will make that big a difference of a wait, or maybe it will? I've rejoing a group in TSMM line before but it IS a bit awkward due to how the line is setup - can raise a few eyebrows when you jump over the rail.

The next FP is available after 2 hours or when your FP window opens, whichever is first. The next available FP time will be printed on the bottom of your FP.

So if you pull a Space FP at 8am with a return time of 9:10-10:10am, then you could pull a FP for Indy at 9:10am. If the Indy return you pull at 9:10am time is 2pm-3pm, then your next FP would be available at 11:10am. But you wouldn't be able to pull an Indy FP until 2pm. The 11:10 FP would have to be something you don't already hold an FP for. So a second for Space would be ok, or anything else other than Indy.

Is this unique to Disneyland? I thought FP at Disneyland worked the same as the old FP at Disneyworld. I used to get FP for ride Toy Story Mania at 9am for 9:45-10:45am. As soon as my window opened, I would get another FP for TSM at 9:45am and the window would be something like 12:30pm-1:30pm. At 11:45am (2 hours from last pull time) I would again pull another FP for TSM (if any were left), most likely the window at this time would be 8pm-9pm or so. Are you saying that at Disneyland it doesn't work the same? Just want to make sure I understand the system as we are heading out in May or June and have only been to the World. (obviously ignoring the fact that I chose to use TSM as my example, as I know that specific ride has no FP at Disneyland).
