You REALLY have to take Trip Advisor reviews with a grain of salt.

I have to absolutely agree with this. I recently chose a Caribbean resort partially based on its glowing Trip Advisor reviews, and it turned out to be one of the worst resort stays I have ever experienced!! Even after we returned home, the positive reviews kept pouring in. I was appalled.

I'm glad to hear good things about Swolphin; I always seem to forget about them when looking at a Disney trip, but I think they might be a nice option for our next family trip.

Why? The resort has thousands of reviews, and manages to rank very poorly in comparison to other resorts in Orlando.

Good...let them keep writing bad reviews about this awesome hotel. I want the prices to stay low and it not to be booked all the time!

Update on dolphin review. Ok so now we are now on day 6...coming to the end of our vaca. We are still nuts about the dolphin!!! We love everything about it and actually decided to just spend the day here!!! The pool is wonderful as are the drinks and music.

We brought a cooler down ( even though it says you can't..) drinks are like 10 bucks so we can't do that every time...

Definitely staying here again!!!!!

That's funny, because when we booked CBR the reviews frightened me, with reports if dirty rooms, musty smells & poor mouse keeping.
But during our 10 day stay, nothing could be further from the truth. Our room was spotless, and our mousekeeper was fantastic. Had a wonderful stay . I'm confused about bad reviews if CBR.

The only bad thing I can ever say about the Dolphin is that sometimes I can't get a room! It is definitely one of my favorite resorts. And the food! That candy store and Bluezoo make it worth it!! I went a lot for work and haven't a car rental place right in the lobby is also amazing. Wish I were there now!

Do you know the name of the candy store? Where is it located?

I didn't say CBR, I was referring to a resort in the Caribbean Have never stayed at CBR, although it looks beautiful!

Just stayed at the Dolphin for one night 2 weeks ago for the first time. It was very nice, loved the room and the lobby. Pleasantly surprised. Would stay there again!

That's awesome. We probably won't ever stay there because we are DVC members, but I'm happy to hear they do that!
