Returns to Lands End

I ordered two items from Lands End online as Christmas gifts. One item is not going to work as a gift for the person I had thought of, so I want to exchange the bag in store for a different Lands End item. Now, when I ordered, the second item put my order over $50 so I got free shipping. I think if I were to just return it I'd lose the free shipping credit, but if I exchange the bag for something else of equal or greater value, does anyone know if the free shipping credit will still apply so I won't get charged shipping for the item I already have (and am keeping)?

You can just return the bag you don't want, you won't lose the free shipping. Lands End is awesome!

you won't lose the shipping - and it's so simple to go to the store - i just returned three pairs of shoes today
