Finished Easter today. This being stuck at home sucks but luckily I have lots of swapping to work on. Will work on either the color swap or the birthday one for this tonight.

ETA --- finished the birthday ones, too. These are better than I hoped.

I'm stuck again! I've got everything cut, and ready to assemble, but I'm panicking about embellishing. The colours are really bright , so i don't want to ink the edges because it won't really go, and I don't want to put some random stuff on for the sake of it (same reason - the colours are really bright so pastel primas for example would just look wrong). I've pulled out my brigtest eyelets, but again I don't think just stuffing eyelets on for the sake of it counts as embellishing Even my ribbons seem too subdued by comparison If I can't come up with anything else (my stickles just caught my eye ) would everyone be happy if I put some decorated shapes in as well?

I found some extra stuff for the tags and journal boxes but I couldn't find anything to work with my toppers that didn't look tacky. So I've done 3 squares each, two decorated and one blank for you to put a date, year or age on. (I tried to sort out sets of numbers but it got way complicated )
