Returning one item bought at Payless during BOGO sale?

I ordered two pairs of sandals on line (store never has a great selection). Picked them up yesterday and really don't like the fit of one pair.

Do you know how they credit this return?

Both items were $19.99....one pair was marked full price, the other given the 50% discount (so $10 off). I believe the pair I want to return was listed as full price, but I'm not sure.

So, would I get the full $19.99, $14.99 (split the $10 discount in half) or $9.99 (since they gave me $10 off the next pair)? Does that make sense?

you would get the 9.99 because you are returning something from promo. Because-if you want to return BOTH pairs and repurchase the ones you want you would still be out the same amount of money. HTH

I once returned a pair bought on bogo, but didn't have the receipt. they gave me full amount back in store credit.
