restaurants for halloween party

I think I can enter the park at 4. This will be the only ticket we have for the day. We wanted to eat early. Will we be allowed in the park earlier say 3 if we have a PS at a restaurant inside the park? I doubt it, but I am hoping.

The earliest we have been able to get into the parks in years past was 4pm with mnsshp ticket. Can you change your reservations to a later time??

There is no guarantee that they will open for the party at 4:00 as in the past. You may have to use a park ticket to get in prior to opening for your TS meal.
