!?Restaurantosaurus?!..if its no longer McDs?....Then....???

I was just wondering if Restaurantosurus in Animal Kingdom is no longer a Mcds...then is the food the same or a whole lot differant?.....and do the happy meals there still come with cute little Dino toys?...someone told me its closed and nothing is in it anymore!?

It is now just a place to get your normal Disney counter service. Hotdogs, etc.
