Restaurant reservations

Called to book our dining today and managed to book Mickeys for one of the nights we are their. How do you book (is it possible) other places. Planet Hollywood, Annettes, Rainforest Café ?

Can you book these over phone in advance from UK ?
Can you book them when we arrive by popping into the restaurants ?

Any help appreciated

Annettes and Rainforest don't have reservations, not sure about Planet Hollywood.

So you can't even go in the morning and book for the evening or the next day while you are their ?

Pretty sure we made a PH reservation at the restaurant on our way to the parks last visit.
