Restaurant in Epcot that spins?

Hey everyone. For the life of me I cant think of the name of this restaurant. I thought it was nine dragons. Which one is it that spins while you eat?

It's the Garden Grille, in the Land Pavillion.

Yes, it is the Garden Grill and it is a character meal staring Mickey and Friends. The food is served family style.

Not to be picky, but it doesn't "spin". It revolves very slowly......so slowly that you do not feel movement.

1) I think hors d'oeuvres and steak would be fine.
2) Could be problems with mashed potatoes and the gravy.

Yeah, I think "spinning" is an overly-generous characterization. It merely rotates.
