Restaurant Hours of Operation

What is the best place to find restaurant hours of operation? We have to make dining reservations next Tues and wanted to know what options we have at the different restaurants. It is easy to find menus, but so far hours are rarely posted.

In particular I am looking at:
Cinderella's Royal Table
Ohana
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Trails End
