We will be going to Disney from December 22 until the 28th and would like to have a nice Christmas lunch, brunch, or dinner. We will be staying at AKV but are willing to go anywhere. Last time we went to 1900 Park Fare at the GF when we were there in May and really liked it. We might even skip the parks that day or go really late in the afternoon when the crowds are lower.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

thanks, Melissa

I know that Boma, Cape May, and Chef Mickeys change their menu for the Christmas holiday. Last year on Christmas we ate at Narcoosees for Dinner. It was nice. Good food, great atmosphere, and good service.

We had Christmas dinner at Cape May in 2009. It was excellent. They had holiday items like turkey (and all the things that go along with that), ham, and then the regular seafood items. We had a great day on Christmas. We started off in Epcot at rope drop, rode lots of rides (Test Track 5 times!), went over to World Showcase for a while, walked to Cape May for dinner, and then took the boat to DHS where we saw the Osborne Lights. It was all magical, and I expect to be doing approximately the same thing again this year.

We ate at Whispering Canyon Cafe on Christmas Day last year and it was FABULOUS!:worship:

It was a Christmas menu with only one option: Christmas skillet.

It had roast chicken, briscuit, turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, stuffing, gravy, homemade cornbread, salad with pine nuts, and yule log for dessert. Real cranberry style sauce and some sort of orange marmalade for the ham too. You could still get all you can drink milkshakes too.

:santa: It was the perfect "Christmas" setting among the huge fireplaces and gigantic tree that goes to the ceiling in the middle of the lobby. It was delicious food and a wonderful trip! They didn't do the normal "antics" on Christmas day like they normally do but we didn't want our Christmas dinner to be funny anyway.
