Restaurant.com restauraunt suggestions?

We'll be staying offsite in February and thought restaurant.com might be a good way to save some money on dinners while we're in Orlando. We will be staying in the Lake Buena Vista area, most likely near the Crossroads Plaza. Has anyone found a decent restaurant that sells certificates through resturant.com that we might want to try? TIA!

We have certificates for the BB King Blues Bar, TGI Fridays and a British Pub over by Bass Sportsman's Outlet on International drive, I can't think of the name off the top of my head but it has a really good reputation. There are dozens of good restaurants in the Orlando area that use restaurant.com, just make sure you get one that matches your party. Since there are 2 of us, for instance, the $25 certificate to BB King was good since you have to spend a minimum of $35 but the $50 certificate wouldn't be of any use to us since you have to spend $100 to use it. Read the fine print when it comes to how much you have to spend and what you have to order. Also be patient because they have tons of sales so I would never get one at 60% off when I see them all the time for 80% and the ocassional 90% off.

Not sure about the restaurants.com, but when we were in Orlando in Aug/09, we stayed off the resort for 1 day before and 1 day after our disney week. We ate at the Ponderosa a few times on International Dr.
The price can't be beat for a decent meal. We did breakfast one day and a dinner another day and loved both the food and the price!! Being from Canada we love Ponderosa but don't have any up here ...

Has anyone stayed at Mickey's Crib @ Windsor Palms? If so, did you book directly with the owner? I found a website that offers booking directly with the owner, and I am wanting to make sure it is on the up and up. Thanks for any info you may give.
