Restaurant and Illuminations

I've never seen illuminations and know little about Epcot.
I'm wondering, is there a restaurant you can eat dinner at and see Illuminations? (Like the way you can see Wishes at Cali Grille?)

What about Chef's de France, or Bistro de Paris?

You can see the fireworks from the France restaurants but it is not an excellent view. The only TS restaurant with an excellent view is the Rose & Crown patio seating.

The only? TS restaurant with an excellent view is the Rose & Crown patio seating.

The newly refurbished restaurant (Tokyo Dining?) in the Japan pavillion has a reasonable view too.

Are you wanting to eat a TS meal while watching Illuminations?

We have always grabbed something to eat at the Mexico CS to watch it. They have seating outside and we have always enjoyed it, plus an excellent view!
