Bicker, she was a true beauty. Kaliope reminds me so much of my childhood kitty Patches. Calicos are one-of-a-kind. I know your heart is heavy, but the good memories will win in the end. I am sorry for your loss. Kaliope runs and plays at the Rainbow Bridge. Know she has a Bridge sister in FergieCat's sweet Diana.

There's nothing quite the pain of losing a pet. I lost one of my kitties too soon last October, I can relate.

We have another cat; Murphy is about 14 I think. Thought she doesn't seem to be mourning. We've had them separated (Murphy restricted to the basement) for a few months, so perhaps that's why. Murph actually is quite happy today -- she's now been bumped up to the superior accommodations.

I thought of your thread this morning when my old girl, Spunky, started yelling at me to get up to feed her. It wasn't as annoying as it typically is. Of course, kitties don't seem to know that 7am on a weekday from 7am on a weekend.

I don't know why I open these threads, they just make me cry! She was beautiful and looks like one of my cats. That's the one thing I hate about having pets, it hurts so much to lose one, but they are so worth it!
