resorts for lunch in Jan.

I am thinking they will not be crowded for lunch and am thinking of one of the monorail cafes for lunch on MK day..has anyone needed PS for lunch at that time of year? we could go at a goofy time if we need to.
actually just decide to add a part 2: we usually eat lunch in the parks so what time is a good resort lunch time, are they like the parks that are busy 11:30-1:30 or so or are they not that busy for lunch period.

I would suggest the Koan Cafe at the Poly. You can take the monorail from MK. Yes, i would make a PS.
