Resorts during Memorial Day weekend?

Hubby and I are going on a 4 night trip during that weekend and haven't booked a resort yet. We've never been during Memorial Day weekend and wonder how nuts it's going to be. We've stayed at Pop, All star Music, and Boardwalk. We plan to go into the parks in the evenings but kind of want to relax during the daytime. Any suggestions? We are happy at the value resorts, but wondering if they (and the buses) will be nuts at this time?

We've have gone during this time several years and are doing so again this coming May. We have only stayed Moderate and Deluxe over Memorial Day Weekend and never found the resorts to be insanely crowded

DH and I are also going be there over memorial day weekend and are hoping its so completely crazy!

We've gone during Memorial Day weekend a few times and it really wasn't that bad. AK will probably be very busy with the opening of Pandora, though! We have become big fans of using Uber at WDW, so, even from a value, if you feel the buses are crowded or waits are too long, I would suggest using Uber and bypassing the buses altogether. We stayed at the Swan last Memorial Day weekend (it was cheaper than staying at the WDW EP resorts) and really loved the option of just walking to the Boardwalk, DHS or EP every day and avoiding the buses altogether.

We were there last year on Memorial Day weekend and it was fine. I was worried as well going into our trip, but the crowds weren't as bad as I thought.

We went during Memorial Day in 2015 and the crowds weren't bad at all. I don't remember waiting in line for a ride longer than 20 minutes. We stayed at CSR and it wasn't crowded there either. Tried for the same week this past year, but with work conflicts we had to reschedule to over Thanksgiving (which wasn't that crowded either). We would do Memorial Day week again if we had the chance.

We go Memorial Day every year and have never had a problem getting a resort room. It isn't as crazy as the middle of summer. However this year, with Pandora grand opening the same weekend, I can imagine it will be a completely different story.
