Resort switching with values?

Hello, all! This may be a "duh" question for some, but I'd rather not waste my time on the phone if this can't be done.

I booked Pop online and have been making payments for a Oct 19-26 trip. I realized too late that I'd rather not stay at the same resort again and would like a change this time around. Can I call to switch resorts? And will this reflect online for my payments? I know it will be cheaper, as I wanted ASMu, so I just wanted to make sure the amount shows up correctly. I know I was able to add on the dining plan last year pretty last minute (week before) and was wondering if this could be done.

Yes! You can call and modify your reservation to a different resort. I've made lots of changes but they always result in an increase but once the CM puts everything through for you, the new amount owed will show up in the reservations part of MDE. You'll also get an email confirmation. HTH!

Yes, what the PP said. I did this last week (switched from ASMu to ASMo), even though my trip is already paid. It was super easy, the CM was very helpful and my building request even showed up on the email confirmation she sent.
