This may seem like a crazy question..

We are staying on property this year for the first time since 1995..We now have 2 kids and they love to swim..I have always wanted to go around and tour all of the resorts and see the grounds and pools of the other resorts..

The kids are asking if they can swim at some of the other resorts pools that have the slides.

Is that something that you could do???

Nope, not allowed.

Innocent question, but this topic get very "hot" here.;) So don't be suprised to find your thread locked.:upsidedow

Be aware, your probably going to get flamed for starting this topic again:scared1:

Depending on whether you are a DVC member or not from what I've read on these posts, you are not allowed to use resort pools of the hotels which you are not a guest. There are signs posted at all the pools which indicate this.

I'm afraid not. It's against Disney policy and some of the pools ask to see your room key. I sure wish you could, though, my kids are also pool slide fanatics!

You are not allowed to use the pools at other resorts. You can, however, tour the other resorts to view their pool facilities and visit their restaurants and shops.

Actually, I did think one pool slide exception. Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter are "sister" resorts, each having their own pools with slides. You are allowed to swim in both of these when staying there. The All-Stars also allow pool-sharing with each other, but they do not have slides. That is becoming a big factor in my family no longer considering doing the two connecting rooms at a value.

I'll step in here OK the mods POFQ and RS are sisters yes those pools can be visited if you stay at either resort you can use the others pools.

Same with the All Star resorts you may use all their pools when staying at an All Star resort.

thanks

That is why I asked before we went...I am new to all this with kids...

Not trying to step on any toes are make anyone upset that is why I asked.

Thanks
