4 park days over 6 days.
Can I book a hotel room at a Disney resort for one night yet still be able to book for all my 4 park days 7 days early?

Sorry, no. You can book for your length of stay only, including checkin and checkout days. So one night gets you two days of LLs, not 4.

Reminds me of the old days where folks would rent a campsite but never stay in it, just to get things booked early.
