CSR has a great pool for kids (and adults

). Especially in May you may find a lot of conventions (which could be good - business people aren't at the pool during the afternoon.) Drawbacks for CSR is that it is very spread out and some people find the counter service restaurant to be pricey for the type of food.
CB gets nice reviews too. If you research, you can find out which rooms to request to be close to the pool and food court, as this resort is also quite spread out.
POR/POFQ is smaller, so not quite so spread out. The big plus here is that it is a boat ride to DD. If your kids like DQ or the DD area, that is a nice perk. They are making the McDonald's in DD bigger, so that could be a quick, cheap meal from PO.
All of the moderates are closer to the resorts than the values, which definitely saves you time over the course of a week.
All of the moderates look quite nice, so I'm sure you'll enjoy any of them. I like the themeing to these resorts MUCH better than the values. Happy Planning!
