Hi everyone,

I booked the All Stars Movies this morning. I booked a standard room. I was charged for one night at a standard room rate. However, my confirmation e-mail came in and the charge was what I was told, but the actual deposit should have been a little more because they booked me for a preferred room.

We were seriously considering staying off-site at $75/night, but decided to go with the $109 at All Stars. Well, now that amount is $121 that we don't want to pay.

I have called & called & called, speaking to several different people, asking to speak to managers. They say their reservations system is currently down and they will call back. They also say there is no standard rooms available at ANY value resort. We leave in less than 3 hours to head that way. We don't want to NOT have a room when we get there, but we don't want to get stuck with this rate, either.

Does anyone have any advice that can help me in this situation?

Thanks in advance.

I have been told there are no room at any values either, however my stay is still 26 days out.:surfweb: :confused3

Perhaps call the resort and speak with a guest service manager?

Good luck - hope it all works out!

p.s. Did the $109 include tx?

Thanks for your reply.

They were available for the next 4 nights this morning, but nothing now.

Disney computers are down. Most of the agents have left for the day. You might try calling the resort but more than likely their computer is down also.

THANK YOU! I called them, and it *seems* that everything's okay, but I don't have an e-mail confirmation that states as such, but I am getting that rate of $109 (no, that's not including tax) as per the resort guest services. I may be in a preferred room, but if I'm not, that's fine with me, I didn't ask for the upgrade.

Thank you so much for your suggestion.

I too booked a standard room and I was only charged for a standard room view. When I look at my reservation page now, it shows a preferred view room. Disney Magic is starting early for us!
