Resort Cups

I understand that the cups we get on the dinning plan can only be refilled at the resorts, but can you get ice or ice water in them at the parks?

At QS locations the free ice water is already in cups waiting.
You can certainly pour the water from them into your resort mug.
Generally they will not take your mug behind the counter and fill it for sanitary reasons.
