Several of our dinner reservations are scheduled at World Showcase. I'm wondering which resort is the closest to Epcot if we want to catch a bus back to MK?

Definitely the Beach Club. Probably about a 5-10 minute walk to the International Gateway depending on where your room is located.

Beach Club would be the closest one, and it has direct access to World Showcase. Another option, if you have time and want to add a little extra something, would be to take a Friendship boat from Epcot to Hollywood Studios and take a bus from there. Or the monorail, if you want to go that route, although it involves extra walking.

As above, Beach Club is closest. Boardwalk isn't much further.

For either one, do not take the boat. Walking is much faster!!!

I didn't realize how close the Beach Club was until we were there last week and had ADRs at Cape May on one of our Epcot days and we took the boat. We realized we could have walked faster than the boat.

The Beach Club, for sure! We stayed on our Minimoon back in May and absolutely loved it. It was no more than a 5-minute walk into Epcot. We originally wanted to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge on our trip this coming February, but felt so spoiled by being able to walk into Epcot that we changed our reservation to the Boardwalk (which is right across the lake from the Beach Club). It's the best!

The Beach Club is the closest to Epcot, but the Boardwalk is the closest to both Epcot and HS.

According to Google Maps' distance calculator, it's approximately 1,870 feet to Disney's Beach Club Resort buses and 2,280 feet to Disney's Boardwalk Resort buses.

According to a random walking time calculator on the internet, that works out to be about an 8 minute walk to Disney's Beach Club Resort. To get to Disney's Boardwalk Resort, it will take about 10 minutes.

During F&W two years ago, we stayed at Beach Club for the first time. We were back in our room about 10 minutes after Illuminations. Boy, does that spoil you. We ended up liking it so much that we stayed there again for 4th of July this year, and we are trying Boardwalk in January. Not having to wrestle strollers on buses is amazing (although younger DD is getting too big for the stroller), especially if you just have one adult on the trip. It was just so stress-free.

There are a few locations in WS that are as close to the front of Epcot as they are to a resort outside IG. Maybe someone here knows which (though I don't think Italy is one, but really can't recall)
