Uhhh......ummm......BWV it is! I need to cross a villa off my list anyway.

Staying in that area there is nothing to fear. I went over NYE, stayed in BWI, had park closings by 10:00 am, wall to wall people, and still had a fun time. I would just pick one or two things to do that day, and then do them. I enjoyed the resort (not a park commando anyway) and had lovely strolls into EPCOT WS for snacks and crowd watching.

The crowds are truly horrendous, but not impossible - everything was still doable, as long as you remember the golden rule: Do whatever the main crowd is not doing. Skip the parades to go on rides, watch fireworks from in front of the train station, and just relax.

Now help me out - I want to switch to POP for my trip. Cancel Poly and switch to POP. For some reason I think it will be a better stay at POP than at Poly.

Stay at the Poly! Now if you wanted to switch to POFQ then I'd say go for it, but not Pop! Just think of the beautiful landscaping at the Poly!

I know. But POP is so much more practical, and I do really like staying there too. The room is just the right size for a single, the Hippy Dippy pool is very realxing and fun for me, and I love the food court too. I always thought it would be perfect for a solo trip....

I guess I'm just getting $$$ cold feet. It's a 291 a night difference in price between POFQ in a king bed, and a 371 a night difference between POP and Poly. One nights stay at the Poly equals three nights at POP.

And just one nights stay at Poly equals all of my dining including V&A's and would pay for a cabana and admission at Typhoon Lagoon.

See my dilemma? I just think that I'm spending way too much money on this trip, and I'm already feeling guilty about going.

So that's 2520.00 on a 5 day trip including dining and the cabana rental at Poly. The trip could be 985.00. That's a pretty big price difference, and most of the savings would come from dropping Poly.

If there were only an AP discount for my dates, then I wouldn't be so quick to switch, KWIM?

Oh, I totally get that! I've been having the same dilemma, as I do every trip. I know I can't downgrade this trip though, so now I go back and forth on DDP vs cutting back on TS meals. I say if it doesn't totally blow you budget then splurge because you definitely deserve it.
