Resort Changers--The Saga Continues.....

My Excel program is about to explode from all of the changes I've made. I had to stop recently and regroup. We are now considering BCV 1 bedroom so we can enjoy the SAB pool. It is literally location vs. room size now. The rooms at CR are so much bigger than the BC or YC rooms AND they all have balcony and daybeds.....I am still on square one

I just mastered the basic Excel skills this year, and I think that has turned me into even more of a monster Before, I had all of these Word documents and lists, now I have everything nice and neat. Sadly, even though I am much more methodical and organized in my uber-planning, I am still indecisive!!!

on a side note...have BC/YC on my wishlist so we can try SAB... *drools*

I would do the Deluxe for the entire stay though. Just a thought... (don't tell you DH that it was my idea....)

With the 40% it was hard not to book BLT. Staying at BWI would've been cheaper. I just wanted to be by MK. It's been hard not to look at GF or CR. I'm trying....THE PRESSURE

Well, this being my first year going I thought the BC/YC would be great. I still like the idea of the BC because of Purchase to Resort and it's close to Epcot. Got a case of the "itis" and called a meeting, took a looksee on the map and the kidults voted for 1. Saratoga and 2. the Bay...who woulda thunk! I like Saratoga too cause it's close to DDT. DH likes the Wilderness and Polynisian cause...well...GOLF (he say it's not, but you and I know the truth!) Which will we choose???? Stay tuned!

For those who don't know, Prazdance is my sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are both sick with the changeritis and this is her maiden voyage to THE WORLD. to the crazy, world of wheel of resorts!!

I think BLT would be good (that is "The Bay" that you mentioned and not a sandwich) We HATED SSR even though it is close to DTD and we moved to Kidani the first night we were there Poly would be very, very, nice but you use to live in Hawaii. We have, pretty much, decided on BC....or YC......or Contemporary..........or Kidani or BLT or BWI. So you see, we have been working hard to narrow things down to the final 6 resorts...........

Well, THAT clears things up for me! NOT! But thanks for the heads up on the Saratoga. And since I dont want us to end up staying at the same place (it'd be fun to visit u guys wherever u stay) we will decide on the Wilderness, or the BC, no, the YC, um...Hey, maybe the POLY! No, wait, I kinda like the Bay the best...so it's the Bay, Yes, the Bay, we will stay at the Bay! Or the Wilderness....wait, no....

End? Did you say END?? There is no end, it's the "Circle of Life" and there is no end to a circle. When you finish deciding to CL or not to CL, then you will begin switch your ADR's.

Well, this question has been asked many times on the "Disney Discount Codes and Rates" thread here and really, there is no definitive answer.

The ol' stand-bys are:

~Order the free DVD

~Register on the Disney site

~Save a vacation or two on the WDW booking site

Don't forget about the public discounts/specials that are listed under "Savings" on the Disney booking site and at www.mousesavers.com and www.wdwinfo.com

Oh don't I know it. This is why I stopped using a TA. I drove them batty. Unfortunately I can't even think of food because I've been stricken with a stomach virus that feels more like the plague.

There is only one known cure. Don't book until you know for sure which resort you want.

Although split stays can alleviate some of the pain.

Okay I'm taking deep breaths . I've just been onto reservations to change my stay dates, I was dropping one night. I had a very nice agent but she kept on and on trying to get me to change from RO to a package, I have tickets from a previous stay so don't need park tickets but she pushed and pushed, I stuck to my decision of RO, asked her to check everywhere for discount rates, AAA, special promotions, the lot, there was nothing there. I am now worrying was she trying to hint that an offer was coming up for my dates (end July early Aug) on a package and I should have gone with that. I think I need a lay down

Cure? That's really just a placebo. Don't we all wait to book until we're sure?

Someone once posted to this thread that they had changed resorts so many times that they had to call the CRO to find out which resort they had most recently booked. Don't you think she was "sure" every time

I'm sure I want BCVs but then again BLT theme park view has just become available and I think the kids would like AKL, DH want OKW because the price is less, hmmmm

I JUST booked last night for OKW. Called today and changed it to POR!
Uh oh here I go! Got to thinking...DD17 needs a car, will start college, and I need a new car so I went with less expensive. Unless... I change it back to OKW!
