I remember reading something about family boat rentals that can be purchased on a weekly basis. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks

I haven't heard of WEEKLY rentals on the boats but I do know that the resort marina's rent out different types of boats(water mouse, canopy, pedal boats) on an hourly basis -- maybe daily?

There is now a length of stay purchase. I don't remember the price but we did this over the summer at the GF. YOu pay one price for the boat rentals your length of stay.
We loved it, took a pontoon and mice out everyday there. We will be doing it again next week at the WL:)

We did this on our trip this past January at the WL. I think it would have been great in better weather, but when it got real cold and windy the marina SHUT DOWN completely! We had paid for a weekly rental and got ONE mouse boat ride out of it!!!!!!!!!!
Once we complained they did refund our entire amount paid. If they had mentioned a possibility of shutting down we never would have done it in the first place. I would do it again, however, in a month with more predictable weather. We were lucky to get our money back on that trip.

Thanks to all of you for the help. I really appreciate it. I may arrange this for our next trip. I think my husband and daughter would enjoy it.
