Hi,

Wondering if anyone has successfully used resort airline check-in when your frequent flier status allows you free baggage?

We are flying home on USAirways and I have Star Alliance Gold status (thru United), which should entitle me to 3 free bags (one for each of us...) Just wondering if resort airline check-in is able to handle this kind of situation? I'd rather not have to call ahead and pay USAirways for baggage fees and then try and get reimbursed.

thanks!

Yes, they know how to handle this. I was worried about the same thing and it comes up in their system and you don't need to worry about paying it.

Just another note to say "no problem". Delta Skymiles member here and no problem as of 6/6/11.

Great! Thanks for the info!
