Resort Airline Check-In And Gift Cards?

We'd like to do resort airline check-in with our luggage, but neither of us has a credit card. Can we use a prepaid Visa gift card for this service? Has anyone done this?

RAC is a free service. If you are talking about paying checked baggage fees I would assume a prepaid Visa would work as would cash. A tip also is customary but typically would be in cash.

Oops! Yes, I was talking about the baggage fees. Last time we went, we tried to use cash and couldn't. Was told we needed a credit card. Thanks for your input!
