Has anyone stayed here. It looks fairly basic but there is just me going so I am not too bothered how it is.
Thanks in advance

not been ,was looking at it on expedia though

have you looked for reviews on trip advisor?

Booking.com had some reviews but I was wondering if anyone here had been
I will come back and tell you all about it.

This was surprisingly good. The reception is open office hours 9am to 7pm monday to friday and sat 9 am till 1pm. There is noone form then until monday. If you are arriving out of hours then you will need tophone in advance and get a code to pick up your keys.
The reception/office staff all spoke english and were very pleasant. Whilst they are open they will put your luggage in a secure room and return it to you. There is a drink and a cake and a sandwhich vending maching in the arrivals area.
The residence is easy to find and as you leave the RER station you turn right towards the shopping centre then infront of there you turn left and at the end of the street you turn left again and it is about 200 metres along. You need to pass the DLP recruiting centrre to get there which allowed me to dream.
I booked with expedia.fr as it was the only site which still had all the nights I was looking for and I booked a studio. I was pleased on arrival to have been upgraded to which I can only guess was a 1 bedroom. The photos I have seen on the web were not clear. The room had a living roon which a sofabed which had a thick matress and this room had a TV (no UK channels) and a table and chairs. Please note the cutlery is in a drawer in the table.
The kitchen area has a sink a fridge a 2 ring hob and a microwave. There were frying pans saucepans crockery and glasses.
The bathroom has a bath which I was really pleased about, sink and toilet. there are heaters in the rooms.
The place was quiet and peacful.
If you have any questions please PM me or ask here and I will try to get back and answer them

thanks for the report we always stay in budget acomodation will add this to my list of possibles for future trips as it looks nice (clean with a bed will do me lol)

Think I am going to book here for our july trip :thumbsup2

we can get it for £177 ( 2 nights sleeping 4 ) on travel republic

expedia is £209 for the same !

we could have got a hotel for cheaper, but we liked having an apartment last yr ( adagio, which is close by ) for the extra space plus the kitchen etc

We stayed here last week. I've got some photos that I will try and post. It was clean and the sofa bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a huge balcony and took chairs out and enjoyed a bottle of wine in the evenings. It's only five minutes walk to the station and one stop from Disney or about five minutes drive.

The downsides were the towels, you only get four small and four smaller towels and have to wait four days for them to be changed. Make sure to take toilet rolls, you only get one for the whole week. Other things to take, washing up liquid, dishcloth, dvds (there are no English channels). There is no oven, just microwave and two electric rings, no kettle.

It only cost us about £460 for the week. I would definately recommend it if you want budget accomodation.

If anybody wants to know more just let me know

We stayed here two years ago and it was perfect for us. Just a nice and clean place to sleep for the couple of hours not spent in/around the parks :)

We booked 3 nights at the serris sejours affaires apartments we booked via travel republic at a cost of £50 per night

The apartments are in val de Europe which is a 10 min bus ride or a 4 min train ride away from disney .

Val de Europe is clean and safe area with many hotels ,bars restaurants and a huge shopping center which has great big supermarket in it called achun.
The apartments are a 2min walk from the station and the shopping center

The num 50 pep bus is free we were never asked to show anything to say where we was staying it runs from 9am to 11

Check in is from free but if your want to check in after 7 you need to let them know and get a code for the door as its not a 24 hr reception
We had no problem getting in via the card key when we came back each night

The girl on the check in was pleasant and helpful ,we just gave her our paperwork she didnt ask for passports

we where given room 106 on the first floor near the lift
the rooms were clean and we had towels and 2 loo rolls provided ,also a clean tea towel ,there was a washing up liquid dispenser and a sponge ,but i had brought my own
there was a mircowave, hob ,fridge, 4 mugs plates bowls ect and a few pots and pans again all very clean

NO KETTLE but i did know this and brought my own travel one
we took a extra couple of towels as they are not changed ,there is a laundry

we had one bedroom with two single beds and a large pull out baed in the lounge ,we pulled this out and left it out as we struggled to set it up (hubby was missed for this :rotfl:)
plenty of wardrobe space and a tv

If i had one complaint it would be thats as 3 girls in a room there wasnt a mirror near any sockets just the mirror in the bathroom with a shaver socket
we all slept fine and would use these apartments again

Thank you so much for the review, and photos stargatebarbie!

I am staying here with my DDs in June for a quick, budget trip. I hadn't been able to find any recent reviews or pictures. I am glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the review :) Looking forward to forward to staying here in September. Can you tell me where abouts the nearest PEP 50 bus stop is to the hotel. Thanks.

Been looking at the area on google maps, got a couple of questions:

Are the apartments on the corner at the opposite end of the street from Elysee with greeny blue window frames?

Is entry through the tall blue gates around the corner ?

Is the building opposite the Elysee the station or the shopping area ?

Where is the Auchan supermarket ?

We're only there for 1 night but I want to go shopping in Auchan that first evening before we move onto Cheyenne.

Thanks :thumbsup2
