when you speak to someone from disney about a quote, how long will they hold it for you before you have to put down the $200?

You can request a hold for up to 1 week. Once you hang up, if you didn't ask for the hold, there is no guarentee that the offer will be there when you call back, say in 20 minutes. This is all per my personal experience, before I knew about a hold.
