Reservation with 2 AP rates?

We are going mid August and our reservation at the Beach Club Villas straddles 2 diffrent AP codes so we had to book 2 separate reservations. They supposedly indicated that the reservations are linked. How can we make sure that they see this and don't try to move us at the end of the first reservation? Anyone experience this before?

Remind them on the first day you check-in for the first reservation.....
