RESERVATION WANTED: Dec 17 - 24, 2009 AKV (227 or 295 points)

We are looking to stay in a 2 bedroom villa at AKV - Kidani, any view. We would prefer savannah view (295 points), but standard (227 points) is fine if that is the only availability.

We are not experienced renters but are extremely familiar with DVC and it's workings. Therefore, we know and respect the cancellation risk you face with renting. We would like to use a standard agreement/contract and payment procedures, etc to protect all parties.

I just wanted to update all of the kind people who have offered their points to us. We have found a member who has made a reservation for us already. However, I'm waiting until I have the Disney confirmation form in hand before I officially close this post. Not because I don't trust the DVCer who is helping us out, but because of the Disboard posting limits.
