Reservation Question

Hi Everyone,

In February, we rented points for our upcoming trip in December. At the time, we were planning on leaving our two-year-old son with my parents and enjoying an adults-only celebration for my birthday. However, that plan has hit a few snags, so we are now planning on bringing him with us. I've emailed the person we rented from asking if he can be added, but haven't heard back.

Is it necessary to add him to our reservation? He's under 3, so he won't have park tickets or need a room key. Is there any reason we can't just show up with him? I don't want to mess anything up for the person renting us points - I've read about issues where when changes were made at check-in it messed up the renter's account. Any suggestions?

TIA
Hannah

If you hear back from your renter, go ahead and ask that your 2 year old be added. But FWIW, I don't think you need to worry.

Ask the CM at check-in if there's any benefit to adding him to the room if you haven't already gotten that done. I can only think of a safety issue - in case of fire or some other emergency (a long shot), they'll have a record that he's with you.
