Reservation not used

I booked a reservation back in May for friends of friends and on the dvc member site it's showing that reservation with 0 pts. Does this mean they didn't use it?

I believe that's just a glitch in the DVC system. Even if they didn't show up, the points would still be used.

I have some old reservations showing up with 0 points and we definitely were there.

Same here, we have a Stay from April and May that still say 0 used.

Some of my past ones have also shown 0. It's definitely a glitch. I double checked and the reservations that show 0 are the ones from May (I had 3 different ones and they all show that). I would have to guess that there were some computer upgrades during that timeframe.

We were at OKW in June and I looked at the member site late in June and saw we still have 116 points. I knew we didn't so I sent MS an e-mail and they confirmed the computers were screwy and it was corrected.
