Reservation not found on MDE

Made a room only booking on the day packages came out, June 18. Reservation did not automatically show up on my disney experience. I have tried to manually link with confirmation number on both the website and app with no success. I have phoned multiple times and been given different explanations, one of which says I have to wait until 365 days to the date of my reservation. Is this correct?

Yes - you have to wait until 365 days for it to show up on the MDE app.

You should be able to see it when you log on from a laptop - the desktop site, but when you use app, it's not there.
Ours showed up on app at 365 days.

Thanks Farro! I thought I would be able to see it from laptop, but no luck yet. Not even able to manually link, its quite annoying. One cast member told me it was a bug, and another said it was the 365 thing. Will be calling them back if it isn't there soon

You should be able to see it on a desk/laptop. We’re booked for 2020 as well and I can see it there but not on the app (it does tell me my res is linked, I just can’t actually SEE it) I did have to link it on the website, it didn’t show up automatically (booked via phone before the 18th tho). I had assumed the 365 days issue for the app and IT confirmed. If you can’t see it on your desk/laptop after linking, definitely call.

Thanks everyone, got on the phone for the 4th time and finally figured out it was a glitch. After spending 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone with Disney tonight, they were finally able to link it through.
