Reservation made, but no confirmation email received, Error under My Disney Vacation

I made all my reservations yesterday (1-877-939-3732) thru a very friendly and talkative CM. For some reasons she was able to "locate" my information from my 2006 trip (although this is my first time booking directly via Disney), and she said I should receive email confirmation within 2 hours.

This is what I have booked -
1). Vacation Packages: 2 rooms in GF, Magic Your Way Plus Deluxe Dining, 4 Day Base Tickets (applied ZWG code and free upgraded Park Hopper and Water Parks etc)
2). A Room Only reservation in SSR for 2 night

So I was given two confirmation numbers for vacation packages (deposit $200 paid per room), and another confirmation number for SSR Room reservation (one night room rate paid as deposit)

Up till now (over 24 hours), no email received. I logged onto disney.com (My Disney Vacation), punch in the confirmation numbers, and I was able to retrieved my bookings, although not displayed correctly.

The Guest Names, Amount, Balance and Dates are displayed correctly, but
Under Park Tickets -> Ticket Type - it just display "Error".

Furthermore, Under Transportation, our flight arrival time is incorrect: 12:00AM was displayed.

Our Magic Your Way Plus Deluxe Dining, with 4 Day Park Tickets details were NOT shown on the web site at all.

Is that normal to display like an error that? Should the Magic your way package details be displayed properly under My Disney Vacation?

I called CRO again and another gentleman claimed he has all my booking information "correctly stored on his side", and he wasn't sure about what's displayed incorrectly on the web. He said he will send email to me again, but so far I did not receive any email.

Anyone has similar experience? Should I "assume" everything is OK?
 
the email confirmations take forever.....

I mean forever, days

So best option is to call CRO and confirm that your information is correct and ask them to mail hard copy to you.
 
I didn't receive my e-mail confirmation until the day after I made the reservations. Also, every time I receive an e-mail invoice, it has another 11 year old on the reservation. But, when I log into the www.disneyworld.com website, it doesn't show that 11 year old. I know I am not being charged for an additional person because the price is the same as on my invoice.

I think Disney computers are just like everybody else's. They are ornery as all get out when they want to be!

I think you should just be patient and wait until the end of the day tomorrow. If you don't receive an e-mail by then, call them again.
 
95% of time i don't get email until next day but also check your spam filter i find stuff in mine on and off even if email addy is approved. yes my comf email has gone there.

I booked my ressie this morning and just checked online and it says "error" under my ticket info too! What's up with that?

Do you have the same like mine? The rest of the information were displayed correctly, except the park tickets etc.

I had applied the Canadian Code ZWG to get the Magic Your Way Plus Deluxe Dining, and also 4-Day Park Ticket. Not sure why it is not displayed correctly :-(

Should I rest assure for now, and wait for 2 days and see if I will receive the email confirmation before calling Disney again? Just wanted to see something in black & white, to verify all the information for my reservations this morning.
 
I still have not received my email confirmation, and booked our trip on Monday. When I look at he reservation on line it says "error" like everyone else has...so if I have not received anything by tomorrow, I will be calling and hope to make sure that our reservation is correct.
 
I booked the bounce back in Sept for the free dinning. The first e-mail I got had 4 of the wrong names on it. The next one had 9 of us on the ressie, some of us twice. Only 4 adults going. The third and forth ones were wrong to. Everytime I call they say your e-mail is------ I say no, it is------ but it never changes. I still get their e-mails, just no pin codes. I have changed resorts 3 times since we booked. I am waiting for the copy in the mail before I call again. Went from CBR to POR , now at ASmu suites. I just hope everything is right.
 
Made mine yesterday and still no email...they said I'd get one via snail mail too though.
 
No confirm here either! I booked on Monday afternoon, called yesterday evening and was promised an e-mail, and there's still nothing today.

My reservation on-line looks exactly the same as you. There's no mention of the dining plan, and my flight numbers are correct but the times all read 12:00. Hopefully it will all get resolved asap. I'm going to request a hard copy confirm tomorrow.

Please kindly post an update here if you can get the issues resolved with Disney. I'm in and out for work today and may not have a chance to call them :-)

2. No email confirmation received for Vacation Packages reservation

I'm having the same problem as well. I just applied a code this morning and the tickets read error like everyone else. Since I did apply the code only a few hours ago I think it's too early to expect an e-mail, but I still have not gotten that either.
 
Hi everyone,

I just called Disney Reservation again (this time spoke with a impatient CM :headache: ).

No email received

1). She claimed that they have no control over email confirmation, it is generated by the system, not by them (hehe, I can understand that) - it can take up to 2 days (wow...takes longer than FEDex)

2). I asked her to kindly review my reservation details, and she was not too willing to do so, but at least she went thru everything briefly with me (She said, "I don't see a reason to check anything, but I can do it if you insist .....")

Web (Online Issues)

3). I asked her about the Ticket Error under My Disney Vacation - she has no idea about that.

4). I also reported that my flight information under My Disney Vacation - (arrival time is incorrect - displayed as 12:00AM), and she won't care about that - Magic Express CM checks flights number, not arrival time.

P.S. Just two hours ago I've received an email confirming my Room-Only Reservation for SSR, but still nothing for the other two Vacation Package reservations. **note** I made all 3 reservations at the same time
 
Getting a confirmation email lately is more like winning the lotto. I've had continuous problems and have to call back for someone to email me the confirmation number. Rarely do i get one without having to call back. Haven't needed one in over 3 months so hope they fixed it....i can dream can't I?!:rotfl:
 
As many times as I have made reservations through WDW Travel and on line, I have never once received an email confirmation even though they have my email address. :sad2: They have always sent me a hardcopy which normally takes about 7-10 business days. As fas as the impatient CM goes, I know it's a pain but I would either ask to speak to a manager or call back as early in the day as you can to get things rectified.

I've never used a code but have had the error message pop up a couple of times on my reservations and I would call back several times to verify that they have all of our information correct. I was also told that it was possible that the site might have been too busy and that could be the reason for the error message. I would call back and request a hardcopy this way you have that in your hand. I also call 5 days before we are due to arrive to make sure that all my requests and information are correct.

Thanks for your comments. Do I have to call and request a hard copy of my reservations, or they should be sending it automatically?
 
I also have the error message on my reservation. I called and was told that everything was correct on their end. I hope it will show up correct soon.:confused3
 
If you remember, I posted on page one saying I also had the "error" message under tickets. I just received my e-mail today and all the information was correct. It's probably just a website thing. :confused3
