I made all my reservations yesterday (1-877-939-3732) thru a very friendly and talkative CM. For some reasons she was able to "locate" my information from my 2006 trip (although this is my first time booking directly via Disney), and she said I should receive email confirmation within 2 hours.
This is what I have booked -
1). Vacation Packages: 2 rooms in GF, Magic Your Way Plus Deluxe Dining, 4 Day Base Tickets (applied ZWG code and free upgraded Park Hopper and Water Parks etc)
2). A Room Only reservation in SSR for 2 night
So I was given two confirmation numbers for vacation packages (deposit $200 paid per room), and another confirmation number for SSR Room reservation (one night room rate paid as deposit)
Up till now (over 24 hours), no email received. I logged onto disney.com (My Disney Vacation), punch in the confirmation numbers, and I was able to retrieved my bookings, although not displayed correctly.
The Guest Names, Amount, Balance and Dates are displayed correctly, but
Under Park Tickets -> Ticket Type - it just display "Error".
Furthermore, Under Transportation, our flight arrival time is incorrect: 12:00AM was displayed.
Our Magic Your Way Plus Deluxe Dining, with 4 Day Park Tickets details were NOT shown on the web site at all.
Is that normal to display like an error that? Should the Magic your way package details be displayed properly under My Disney Vacation?
I called CRO again and another gentleman claimed he has all my booking information "correctly stored on his side", and he wasn't sure about what's displayed incorrectly on the web. He said he will send email to me again, but so far I did not receive any email.
Anyone has similar experience? Should I "assume" everything is OK?
