Reservation made, but no confirmation email received, Error under My Disney Vacation

I just received my e-mail this morning also and everything is updated :cool1:

Me too! I received 3 emails from them this morning (48 hours after the reservation) -

1 email confirmation about my vacation package
1 email confirmation about the grandparents' vacation package
1 email "Invoice" for my vacation page (above)
no email "Invoice" yet for the grandparents' vacation page

Just want to ask - Did ALL your room requests show up in the email? I requested Sago Cay Building in GF, but only the following requests were there:

GRAND FLORIDIAN-GARDEN VIEW
SPECIAL REQUEST: TRAVEL WITH
SPECIAL REQUEST: CRIB-NOT FULL SIZE-NO CHARGE
SPECIAL REQUEST: REQUEST CONNECTING ROOMS
PLEASE NOTE: W
PLEASE NOTE: D


1). There is a BLANK area after Travel With - is that fine? As mentioned, I am traveling with the grandparents.
2). What does W & D mean?

I don't think room requests ever show up on our info. I think it's just noted in the system for check in. I don't have any special request, so I can't help you with that. I'm guessing it's just to show you that you have made some type of special request, but there are just no details showing. As for the "W & D" I have no idea :confused3
 
I made my ressie on Tuesday and just today got my email confirmation
 

Same for me, I made the reservation a few days ago and just got the email yesterday. But I'm delighted as it's the first time I actually received one! I had to laugh though because the invoice shows up staying for nine days instead of three (but with the correct price). Boy do I wish that was true!!!
 
I still have not received my email confirmation, and booked our trip on Monday. When I look at he reservation on line it says "error" like everyone else has...so if I have not received anything by tomorrow, I will be calling and hope to make sure that our reservation is correct.

Mine is just like everone else's. I've received no email confirmation, but it says "error" under ticket information when I look it up at "my Disney vacation". I called Disney a couple days after I noticed the 'problem'. The CM told me that everything on their end was good, and she went over all the information listed. Everything was right, even though it didn't show that here.

So, I'm not worried about it anymore.

Thanks for your comments. Do I have to call and request a hard copy of my reservations, or they should be sending it automatically?

They automatically generate the hard copy and they also send me a hard copy after every payment is made.
 
Same thing happening.... Ticket type says "error". I have confirmation # from CM that gave it to me over the phone but no email confirmation - should i have that?? Booked 3 days ago.... Also, should dining reservations show up under My Disney Vaca??
 
Hello All,

Just a recap - I made 3 ressies (my room package, parent's room package, 2 night room-only)

Very interesting - I have received my parent's room package Invoice two days ago in the mail. I didn't request it and I did not receive anything for the other two.
 
Disneys system is down for packages starting last night til Sat. So that might be why you cant get anything online.
 
I can log in and see my reservation and also got an email, but have yet to get anything in the real (snail) mail. Anyone else not get one?

:) We always book room only and have received a written confirmation in the past and email confirmations now. Occasionally Disney will have website issues, but if it does not clear up withn two or three days I call and request a duplicate email confirmation.

Keep checking, and if it does not clear up, call again to request a duplicate email sent.

Hope it gets straightened out soon!

We made a room only ressie to arrive the day before our "package" starts at another resort. We have ME included in this room only ressie; will we receive the ME luggage tags even tho its room only? Now I'm concerned!

I should have said 'except ME if you're using that' -- my bad. Sorry.

I make room only reservations for every trip and I always get an email confirmation (eventually) and the ME stuff comes when it's supposed to.

But I don't get anything in the mail about my room only reservation. :)

For my families room only reservation this past August at the Contemporary besides getting our confirmation e-mailed to us, we also got it sent by regular mail. The exact same thing happened for our room only reservation next month at the Polynesian.
 
I booked the discounted package for the 1st week of March 08...room, tickets w/ free park hopper and dining plan.
 
As for the website..

Somethign is definitely "up" with the Disney site..

I just logged in to look at my room only reservation in 14 days..

The first screen correctly said "Your next vacation is just 14 days away"

But when I went to look at the details on the reservation which I have been able to do previously .. it said..

Sorry, we are not able to display your information at this time. Please call our Reservations Center at (407) 939-7675 for assistance with reservation details or try again later.

So obviously the site isn't working right.

Same thing happened to me - only they had the number of days at 17 instead of 14 days. Then I received the exact same message when I clicked on details.

One would think Disney would have beeter computer technology - seems to be something wrong much too often!
