I'm just checking but I'm pretty sure my past reservation invoices have been more in-detail.

The one I have now, that was emailed to me THREE times btw, just states:

Arrive: 02/04/2012
Depart: 02/11/2012
PACKAGE(S):
ALL STAR SPORTS- X4M / MYW FREE QUICK SRV DINE - OL

And then it just list the 4 guests names and amount paid in full.

If I remember correctly in the past it would also go on to tell me more about my package. Who gets what, ect...
Like it would say, "2 Quick Service Meals/per day [1, 2, 3]"
Meaning guest 1, 2 and 3 would get the quick service dining meals (as my daughter is only 2). But this time, nothing, no details, nothing. Should I be concerned? Or is this just how they look now?

I am a travel agent and they never have that much detail on the invoices. No worries, it says you have the dining plan. When you check in your Keys to the Kingdom will be all loaded up with the correct dining credits:thumbsup2

Come to think of it, you will get paperwork in the mail before your trip and that very well may have more details. I can't recall right now.

My email that is titled "invoice- reservation XXXXXX" is very basic and I also received it 3 times:rotfl::confused3

But the very first email that I received that was titled "Walt Disney Travel Company Reservation XXXXXXX" had a blue embedded link that said "reservation", if I click on it, it is very detailed with all the travelers, the details, vouchers and everything that is included all listed out with the [1, 2, 3] beside everything. It also lists out my special requests.

So, see if you got an email from "Walt Disney Travel Company, Inc" that has the title "Walt Disney Travel Company Reservation XXXXXXX" and look for that blue embedded "reservation" link and you will find the details you are looking for :thumbsup2

That must be what I'm thinking about then, but no, mine has no details  It just says that I have the free dining special and requested a fridge. Nothing else.

I did book through disney though. Not an agent. My first email is just titled "your reservation confirmation"

How long ago did you book? Disney has introduced a new invoicing system and it does not offer as much detail up front. You have to click into the link on the new one's to get further detail.

I booked in February. Not sure when the new system started, but that may be why it is different. I did check my confirmation email from our trip in 2009 and compared it to the one I got in February for this trip. The one that I got this year is exactly the same as my confirmation email in 2009.

That's funny, I just got mine yesterday and it had the entire list of stuff on it with a few things I didn't even know existed!

It is a lot more than the past years.

I booked in August.....There's also not a link on the invoice. There is a link in the confirmation email that takes me to the website where I can view my reservation (waltdisneyworld.com) but still no in depth details that I remember.

This is what you'll want to look for. An invoice just shows that you've made payment. It sometimes takes them a bit to get the email that has the link to the reservation details. I changed the date on a package at 9am a day or 2 ago and didn't get the other email till 1pm. I'm not sure if they can re-email it, but if you keep asking for an invoice, all you're going to get is an email showing what payments you made. Ask if you can get a reservation detail, maybe that will work.

Here's what it should say:

"Thanks for making a Disney reservation! We're excited you made a reservation for a Walt Disney World® vacation. For your records, the confirmation number for this reservation is:
#XX#####

Here are the details of the reservation. If you have trouble pulling up the reservation with the provided link, and would like us to Mail you a hard copy of the confirmation, please call (407) 828-8101 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time."

And it will have a link to the details.

This is what you get when you call I guess...I booked mine online....This is what I got in my confirmation email:
