We just booked reservations for Cinderella's Table, but we mistakenly forgot to include our baby. So while there will be 5 people, we only have 4 put down on the reservation. Of course now there are no more reservations available. What do we do?
If all else fails at least arrive early for your reservation and let them know. And expect to wait longer for a table. It’s a pet peeve with restaurant staff but I’m sure they see it every day and will do their best to accommodate.

expect a wait past your time for sure as you will be needing a different table size. know of a family that ended up waiting over 45 minutes past their time
I am a CM seater at multiple Disney restaurants. This happens all the time. We can easily change it, but I will tell you, even if you check in early, you could be waiting a while past your reservation time for a table.
We have limited amounts of tables that seat more than 4 and our assignor plans it out accordingly. You may get lucky, but just be prepared!!

Unless you hold the baby in your lap all the time, yes the baby will need table space AKA a high chair that takes up a seat that would normally be in front of a table.
they made us count a 4 month old who could not use a highchair and held. would not plan on that plus remember your chair if in walkway will not be able to be back from table to make it possible to have child in front of you
The child will be counted in the party whether sitting on laps or not. If the party member is present, regardless of age, they should be included in the reservation, whether or not they will actually sit at the table. as soon as you show up with an extra baby you're going to go down as a party of 5, not 4.
