Resale - Where should we buy????

We're looking at all avenues before we purchase. Just wondering what would be the best place to buy on resale - seems like there are a lot of Boardwalk and OKW on resales..... any thoughts on either of these properties. We have DD's 13 & 15, my husband and myself...... would most likely vacation in late March or early April.

Or, would you buy through Disney at the Beach Club...?

Where do you think you'll want to stay the most? We bought a BWV resale because that's where we want to stay the most, although I'm sure we'll eventually get around to trying the other DVC resorts. We wanted to have the 11-month booking window for the BWV Standard View rooms, which use less points. OKW seems to be the easiest resort to get in to at the 7-month mark (except for the Grand Villas). We paid approximately $73 per point once you figure in the closing costs, but our contract also came with banked 2002 points so it was comparable to buying BCV through Disney at $74 per point with Magical Beginnings (you sell back your first year's points though). Since late March/early April may be a busy period due to Spring Break/Easter, you should definitely buy where you want to stay the most in order to get the 11-month booking window. It's definitely quicker to purchase through Disney since you'll get points immediately, but BCV is the only resort available right now (although I read that VWL may still be available; I'd check with a DVC guide on that one).
