I received an email today letting me know it was submitted to Disney for ROFR, so fingers crossed it's smooth sailing from here on out.

good to hear. I really hope mine get submitted soon. I don't want to wait as long as you had to! ROFR is hard enough to wait through. We shouldn't have to wait so long just for the contract to get submitted!

@chicagoshannon I got an email with my documents today, signed them thru DocuSign and they are back in their hands now including our deposit. seller gets theirs back quickly too!

thanks for letting me know. I'm still waiting on the seller to sign. They told the agent today or tomorrow. The agent said they give both the buyer and seller a week to get things signed. So here's hoping mine gets sent in tomorrow. Although I'm pretty sure ROFR will take it.

That is not normal and the agent should be in touch if there is an issue with the seller signing a contract. It is normal if it takes a few days to get the documents back, but if it's more than 7 days the agent should be in touch and keep you up to date.

I got a notification from my credit card that the deposit was charged, anxiously waiting to get the official notice that its been sent for ROFR.
