My use year is Feb, do I have to purchase more points with a use year of Feb, or can I purchase smaller amounts with a different use year? I own @ OKW 310 pts & 100 SSR. Thanks Val S.

For resales you can buy any use year you want. For ease of personal accounting, its easer to buy a use year that you already have.
