It's not it's December and BLT is February but I figured they were close enough, i hope its not too confusing! I couldn't pass it up! 179 points 2024, 180 points 2025 and 180 points 2026 at $95pp. What are the chances disney steals

Bonus points if it's from Fidelityrealestate.com or www.dvcresalemarket.com since that's where I'll most likely be purchasing from next

To answer your question, whenever we purchase a contract through www.dvcresalemarket.com, I will always request Andy Berry. He’s quite literally the best, and if we happen to find a contract through another site, I always miss him!

I can’t say I’d actually recommend anyone through fidelity. We’ve worked with a few and they’re ok - usually get the job done.

no idea about the chance, but it's still active. I see two AKV taken in Feb from ROFR threads

Yes i saw as well. I read they took 5 from www.dvcresalemarket.com in January of the 55 that they sold. I would be curious to know how many resale AKV was sold total for January from everywhere and how many were ROFR'd. But in the end it doesn't matter, they will take what they want and AKV is on the top for ROFR.

The good news is if they take it I'm going to buy Riv Direct in the same UY as my BLT that is currently closing and try again with AKV so I won't be desperate for the points like I am right now to get my BLT resale going so I can be a member and add direct points at resale discount for Riv! If AKV does go thru i feel like it may even go through first before this BLT contract that is going to take a while!
