Request question

I'm going in OCT to the Californian on DVC points.

My husband's brithday will be the day we arrive and I'd like balloons in the room. When should I call to request this?

Hi CherylP! Since you're a DVC'er, I'd call MS. When we surprised our 9 year-old with a trip to BWV for her b-day last month, we called them and they arranged everything. It was great! We had a cake, balloons, noisemakers, etc. MS will be able to look into it and let you know if the same kind of b-day package is offered at DL. Have fun!!
