Request for the Travel Channel's Season of Disney for Sale on Itunes

Hi all I sent an email to Itunes about not being able to purchase the Season of Disney on Itunes in Canada like they are being able to on the United Stated site. They suggested I send in my request to the following link http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html they assured me the requests are looked at and considered. If they are or not I'm not sure but I thought I would give it a try. I posted the link (hope thats okay) should any of you want to put in a requset as well. Maybe if enough of us request it they will offer it to us as well. Just thought I would put the word out.

Really!!!!!!!!! I did not know that. Itunes just sent me a letter the other day saying that if you would like to purchase from an iTunes Store in a particular country, you must have both a billing address and a payment method in that particular Country. So with a gift card it doesn't matter what your address is? Thank you so much for the info. How does it work if you purchased a new Ipod in the United States. When you set it up would it automatically set up a U.S. account???? But then I guess you would still need the U.S. address right???

So with a gift card it doesn't matter what your address is?

Exactly. The iTunes store recognizes the number on the back of the gift card from the US and thus allows you to buy from the US iTunes store.

I've done this three times. The first two times, a friend of mine from California purchased the iTunes gift card from a local store and simply emailed me the number on the card. The last one I bought on my recent trip to WDW. No problems with either scenerio.
